Privacy Policy

We process the links you submit to download media, basic technical request data needed to operate the service, and preference data such as language and theme settings.

If you contact us, we process the details you send, such as your email address, topic, message, page URL, browser information, selected tags, and any download token or link you include. If you use file conversion tools, we process the files you upload and the converted files we generate for you.

We use submitted links, files, and tokens to provide downloads, conversions, troubleshooting, and other requested features. We use preference data to remember your language and theme choices.

We use Google Analytics in a privacy-focused configuration to measure aggregate usage and improve the site. Analytics cookies stay disabled unless you allow them. We may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals from Google when analytics consent is denied.

We share limited analytics data with Google Analytics. Feedback and support requests are forwarded to our Telegram admin inbox so we can respond and investigate issues.

Uploaded conversion files are stored in our file storage infrastructure while processing and may be handled by our hosting and storage providers acting on our behalf.

Language and theme preference cookies are stored for up to 1 year. Google Analytics cookies, if you allow them, may persist for up to 2 years under Google's settings.

Uploaded files and converted files are automatically cleaned up after about 1 hour. Download tokens are stored in your browser session storage until used or cleared.

Feedback messages and related metadata are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and may remain in our Telegram admin inbox until manually deleted. Operational logs may temporarily include submitted media URLs and are retained only as long as needed for service operation and debugging.

You can choose whether analytics cookies are allowed, change that choice later through Privacy Settings in the footer, and control cookies through your browser settings.

If privacy laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you. Contact us at support@vidsaved.com to make a request.
